SHORT BIO
I’m Fito García, co-founder of a small constellation of restaurants spread across Northern Virginia—places that celebrate flavors, friendships, and the moments that bring us together. At Inca Social (Vienna & Arlington), the warmth of Peruvian tradition meets imaginative fusion, while Alexandria Bier Garden in Old Town offers cozy German classics, craft beers, and a rooftop perfectly suited for lively gatherings.
You might catch me at Loving Pollo, our spirited ghost kitchen reinventing Peruvian chicken for delivery and pickup, or at Courthaus Social in Arlington, grateful for how a well-poured craft beer can unite people. And at High Side—a tasting room pairing Asian street food with Virginia’s finest brews—I’m reminded how cuisine and culture spark the easiest of conversations.
Between all these spaces, we offer private and semi-private venues, catering for corporate or intimate events, and a warm invitation to anyone looking to celebrate life’s milestones. My own days revolve around staying fit, working with local charities, and championing the power of entrepreneurship to make our communities shine.
