Fito Garcia, a Northern Virginia restaurant entrepreneur, marketing consultant, technology startup founder, and community advocate. Born in Puerto Rico to Peruvian parents and raised in Northern Virginia, I have built my career around creating businesses and experiences that bring people together through food, technology, culture, events, and community.
My entrepreneurial journey began through self employment and working as an independent contractor. That experience taught me how to earn the trust of clients, manage expenses, market my services, solve problems, and build opportunities without the resources of a large company.
Today, my experience includes building and operating restaurant concepts, providing marketing and business services, supporting charitable initiatives, and launching PRONTO, a technology platform designed to help people discover local events, experiences, and special offers. Each chapter of my journey has taught me something different about taking risks, serving customers, building teams, creating strong brands, and turning an idea into a functioning business.
As a restaurant owner and operator, I have learned that a successful business requires more than a great idea. It takes effective marketing, disciplined operations, strong leadership, financial awareness, consistent customer service, and an authentic connection with the community. I now use those lessons to help other restaurant owners, small business owners, and entrepreneurs market more effectively, open new restaurant concepts, improve their operations, control costs, and build businesses that can grow sustainably.

COMMUNITY IMPACT
INVESTING IN THE COMMUNITY THAT INSPIRES US
I believe businesses should do more than generate revenue. They should create opportunities, strengthen their communities, and help people when they need it most. Together with our restaurant teams, guests, volunteers, The Lending Hand, and local partners, we organize annual initiatives that provide school supplies for more than 350 children, Thanksgiving meals for more than 600 families, and over 800 holiday toys for local children. We also support local organizations through fundraising events, donation drives, volunteer opportunities, and our annual Pink Margarita campaign benefiting a local breast cancer charity. These efforts are only possible because our community continues to show up, give back, and help us reach more families every year.
