Introducing Fito Garcia, a dynamic entrepreneur fueled by an unwavering commitment to team growth and community empowerment. Hailing from Oakton, VA, Fito‘s narrative unfolds through his educational journey at Oakton High School and the acquisition of a business bachelor’s degree in Marketing from George Mason University.
As an ardent marketing enthusiast, Fito has masterfully transformed multiple businesses into compelling success stories. From the innovative American Beer Garden Courthaus Social to the culturally infused High Side, a craft beer haven seamlessly blending with Asian Street food. In 2018, he unveiled the culinary masterpiece Inca Social in Vienna, VA, specializing in tantalizing Peruvian cuisine, subsequently expanding to a second location in Arlington, VA. The latest jewel in his restaurant group is the Alexandria Bier Garden, an exciting Bier Garden concept in Old Town Alexandria, boasting three bars and a rooftop—a perfect venue for large and private parties.
Venturing beyond the confines of traditional business, Fito extends his influence as a consultant, generously sharing insights with restaurateurs across the DMV area. His expertise encompasses crafting robust digital marketing strategies, harnessing the power of social media, optimizing public relations, and enhancing operational efficiency to elevate community visibility while boosting revenue and cutting costs.
Fito‘s impact extends beyond business success; he emerges as a philanthropic force, recognized for substantial contributions to organizations like One Umbrella Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Fairfax CASA, Children’s Hospital, Brite Path, and Life with Cancer. Throughout his career, he has raised significant funds, seamlessly integrating his commitment to giving back into his businesses. Many of his events contribute a percentage of profits to local charities.

Takes place in the spring, summer and fall on various dates with live music, DJ’s, dunk tanks, outdoor games and more! We partner up with local charities and nonprofits to help raise awareness and money for good causes.
