I’m Fito Garcia, a Northern Virginia restaurant entrepreneur, marketing consultant, technology startup founder, and community advocate.

I was born in Puerto Rico to Peruvian parents and raised in Northern Virginia. I attended Oakton High School and earned my bachelor’s degree in marketing from George Mason University. My background has shaped how I approach business, culture, hospitality, and community. I am proud to be American and Peruvian, and I believe businesses can create opportunities while bringing people from different backgrounds together.

MY ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY

My entrepreneurial journey began through self employment and working as an independent contractor. That experience taught me how to earn the trust of clients, market my services, manage expenses, solve problems, and create opportunities without the resources of a large company.

I later entered the restaurant and hospitality industry, where I gained hands on experience building, marketing, opening, and operating different concepts across Northern Virginia.

My restaurant portfolio and partnerships include Inca Social in Vienna and Arlington, Alexandria Bier Garden in Old Town Alexandria, Loving Pollo Ghost Kitchens, Courthaus Social in Arlington, and High Side in Fairfax City.

Each concept has given me a different perspective on restaurant operations, branding, leadership, customer service, special events, private dining, catering, digital marketing, food and labor costs, and building relationships within the local community.

WHERE WE ARE NOW

As our restaurant portfolio continues to grow, we have created Inca Hospitality Group to serve as the management team behind most of our restaurants and all new restaurant concepts moving forward.

Inca Hospitality Group is being developed to create stronger systems across our businesses, support our managers and team members, improve operational efficiency, coordinate marketing, and provide a consistent foundation for future growth.

We are also expanding Loving Pollo into two ghost kitchen locations while working toward opening its first brick and mortar restaurant. Our long term goal is to develop Loving Pollo into a scalable fast casual concept centered around flavorful Peruvian chicken, Latin inspired dishes, convenience, value, and community impact.

At the same time, we are exploring opportunities to add more restaurants and hospitality concepts to our group. I am always interested in meeting property owners, investors, restaurant operators, community leaders, and entrepreneurs who share our vision for building businesses that bring people together.

PRONTO AND TECHNOLOGY

My entrepreneurial work now extends beyond restaurants with the launch of PRONTO, a technology platform created to help people discover local events, restaurants, experiences, and special offers.

PRONTO is designed to connect customers with things to do nearby while giving restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, and local businesses better ways to promote themselves and reach new audiences.

Building PRONTO has allowed me to apply my experience in hospitality, event marketing, customer engagement, and local business development to the technology industry. It represents the next chapter of my journey as an entrepreneur and startup founder.

RESTAURANT, BUSINESS, AND MARKETING CONSULTING

After years of opening, operating, and marketing restaurants, I understand the challenges business owners face because I continue to experience them myself.

A successful restaurant requires more than good food. It needs a clear concept, effective marketing, strong leadership, operational discipline, financial awareness, consistent customer service, and a reason for guests to return.

As a restaurant consultant and marketing consultant in Northern Virginia, I help restaurant owners, hospitality businesses, contractors, and entrepreneurs improve their operations and make more informed decisions.
My consulting services can include:

      • Restaurant concept development
      • Restaurant opening and launch planning
      • Marketing and social media strategy
      • Brand positioning and promotional campaigns
      • Local marketing and community partnerships
      • Event development and private dining strategy
      • Customer experience and retention
      • Operational efficiency and cost control
      • Leadership, management, and team development
      • Business growth and expansion planning

My approach is practical and based on real operating experience. I understand payroll, food costs, staffing challenges, online reviews, changing customer behavior, marketing expenses, and the pressure of keeping customers coming through the door.

My goal is to help business owners identify their strongest opportunities, avoid costly mistakes, and create a realistic plan for sustainable growth.

COMMUNITY IMPACT

Giving back has become one of the most meaningful parts of my personal and professional journey. Through our restaurants, team members, guests, The Lending Hand, and other community partners, we host three signature charity events every year. Our annual Back to School Drive provides backpacks and school supplies for more than 350 children. Our annual Thanksgiving Meal Handout provides complete holiday meals to more than 600 local families. Our annual Holiday Toy Drive collects and distributes more than 800 toys for children throughout our community.
By 2025, these annual initiatives had reached five years of serving local children and families. They have continued to grow because of the support of our team members, guests, volunteers, business partners, and community organizations.

Beginning in October 2026, we are also making our Pink Margarita campaign an annual tradition to support the fight against breast cancer. During the campaign, $1 from every featured Pink Margarita sold at participating restaurants will be donated to a local breast cancer charity. In addition to these signature programs, our restaurants regularly host fundraising events, food drives, donation collections, and community gatherings supporting local families, nonprofit organizations, schools, and other important causes. My goal is to make giving back part of how our businesses operate, rather than something we only do occasionally. Businesses become stronger when they build authentic relationships with the communities they serve.

FitoGarcia.com will help people find upcoming charity events, volunteer opportunities, donation drives, fundraising campaigns, and ways to partner with us. If you represent a nonprofit organization or know of a community that needs support, I would be glad to learn more about your mission.
