GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY THAT SUPPORTS US
I believe businesses should do more than generate revenue. They should create opportunities, bring people together, and help their communities when support is needed.
Together with our restaurant teams, guests, volunteers, The Lending Hand, local businesses, and community partners, we have created annual initiatives that support hundreds of children and families throughout Northern Virginia.
By 2025, these initiatives had reached five years of community service, and they continue to grow because of the people and organizations that choose to help.
WHAT WE DO EACH YEAR
BACK TO SCHOOL DRIVE
Our annual Back to School Drive provides backpacks and school supplies for more than 350 local children.
The distribution normally takes place on a Saturday or Sunday approximately one week before the school year begins. Volunteers generally arrive around 10:00 AM to help organize and distribute the supplies.
THANKSGIVING MEAL HANDOUT
Our annual Thanksgiving Meal Handout provides complete holiday meals for more than 600 families.
Beginning in early November, food donation boxes are placed at Inca Social Arlington, Inca Social Vienna, Alexandria Bier Garden, and other participating locations.
The meal handout normally takes place on the Sunday before Thanksgiving, with volunteer activities beginning around 10:00 AM.
HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE
Our annual Holiday Toy Drive collects and distributes more than 800 toys to local children.
Beginning in December, toy donation boxes are placed at Inca Social Arlington, Inca Social Vienna, Alexandria Bier Garden, and other participating locations.
The toy handout normally takes place on a Saturday or Sunday before Christmas, with volunteer activities beginning around 10:00 AM.

Causas for a Cause is our Instagram community dedicated to sharing the heart behind our charitable initiatives. Our restaurants are community gathering places, and we want to use those spaces to support meaningful causes.
We welcome opportunities to collaborate with charities, nonprofit organizations, schools, local businesses, and community groups on fundraising dinners, networking events, donation drives, awareness campaigns, and other charitable events.

HOW OUR RESTAURANTS HELP
Inca Social Arlington, Inca Social Vienna, Alexandria Bier Garden, Loving Pollo Ghost Kitchens, Courthaus Social, and High Side in Fairfax City support community initiatives through donation collections, food contributions, fundraising events, event space, marketing, and volunteer participation.
As Inca Hospitality Group continues to grow, community involvement will remain part of every new restaurant and concept we develop.
